Cold Spring Country Club is located in Long Island's Cold Spring Harbor. The club opened in 1946 on the site of a 127-room, European-style castle. Holbrook Country Club features a par 71, 6,252-yard course of 18-holes. Holbrook's course is public- nonmembers may also use the practice green and driving range. Founded in 1920, Hempstead Golf and Country Club offers a 72-par golf course in addition to tennis courts, a swimming pool, on-site dining and various practice facilities.
