get a copy of a marriage certificate in wyoming
It's interesting:"Just as the happy couple wanted, this is a lovely, small, intimate gathering of close friends and family – so could someone please tell me why I'm here."
In the state of Wyoming, only the husband or wife, or a legal representative of either, can obtain a copy of a marriage certificate. Marriage certificates are not considered public records and are not available to the general public. If you request a certificate that you do not have a legal right to receive, you will not receive the record. You will not receive a refund for the payment you sent for the marriage certificate, however.
