1. Shappell Park

   • This triangular-shaped park boasts paved walkways, plentiful flowers and shrubs, benches and a large Victorian-style gazebo fitted with period lighting, which the town rents out for wedding ceremonies. The park is near Phillipsburg's restored Victorian downtown, and 3 refurbished, 10-ton Civil War-era mortars. Today, the Shappell Park mortars represent the finest collection of Civil War mortars outside of Ft. Sumter National Monument in South Carolina.

   Alba Vineyard

   • Alba Vineyard is located a few miles south of Phillipsburg and is home to a restored 1805 barn that has been converted into a winery, tasting room and art gallery.
