   • A former Catholic school on West 39th Street, the Loretto is now a high-quality wedding venue. Listed on the National Historic Registry, the Loretto includes a chapel within its grounds, as well as a large reception hall. The chapel itself includes a balcony overlooking the aisle. This space can be used for musicians performing ceremony music, extra guests or even as a vantage point for the official photographer. The Loretto has a host of features that will appeal to wedding parties. These include an elegant grand entrance where guests can be greeted prior to the ceremony, and a marble balcony that can be used by the bride and groom. Interested parties can arrange to have a private tour of the building.

   Loose Mansion

   • The Loose Mansion was built in 1909 by founder of the American Biscuit Company, Jacob Loose. The Loose Mansion is now a full-service wedding venue. As well as providing a space for the wedding ceremony and reception, Loose Mansion also provides the food and service for the event. Ceremonies can be held outside in the grounds or in the main hall. Wedding dinners are elegant affairs, with the historic dé-cor of the dining room enhancing the experience. Accommodation is also available on-site at the Carriage House bed and breakfast. With two suites and five guest bedrooms, the Carriage House is a good option for out-of-town guests. There is even a Bridal Suite, so the happy couple does not have to travel more than few steps at the end of their big day.

   Uptown Theater

   • The Uptown Theater is a multi-roomed complex that provides function rooms for everything from festivals to weddings. Wedding parties have a choice of five different rooms within the complex. These are the Theater Room, the Broadway Room, the Valentine Room, Cabaret Room and the Conspiracy room. Each room is decorated in a different way making them suitable for a range of different tastes. The Uptown Theater also provides drinks, catering and service staff. Menus can be designed to suit the guests and can even be served in buffet style.
