Places to have a wedding in houston

It's interesting:
"That said, nobody wants the wedding party to go straight from the reception to the divorce courts, so your humour will need to be pitched just right. You want ..."

Houston is a great town to get married in. Besides what people traditionally think of as a cowboy city there are tons of beautiful locations to say "I do" that have nothing to do with the Old West or cowboy ways. In fact, Houston has some incredible historic and garden settings that would make you think you were in a fairytale not the middle of Texas. So no matter what kind of wedding you're hoping for there is a place you'll be sure to love in Houston.

  1. Downtown Aquarium

    • Get married at the Downtown Aquarium. It's a seven-acre complex with more than 400 species of aquatic life. The on-site wedding coordinator can help arrange vendors and set up decorations, desserts and more for you if needed. This is one unique location that will make for stunning photographs and great memories.
