Build-A-Bear Workshop's online world, buildabearville.com, features virtual party rooms where members can hang out with their friends online and chat. The rooms are given exclusively to members who have hosted a birthday party in one of the Build-A-Bear Workshop stores. Before you can build your party room online, you need to have received a party confirmation letter from Build-A-Bear. Once you have the letter, setting up your party room is simple.

Go to buildabearville.com and log in.

Head to the virtual Build-A-Bear Workshop.

Talk to the Bear Builder associate inside the store.

Give the associate your party confirmation number, which is listed on your confirmation letter. The associate will also ask for the party date and time, so make sure you have that written down.

Go to your Cub Condo house, and you will see that your new party room is all set up. You will be able to enter it and share it with friends.
Tips &- Warnings
In addition to a party room, your Build-A-Bear party confirmation code entitles you to party clothes, virtual gifts for up to 20 of your friends and a new move for your character.
