Launch Microsoft Word. Click on the "Page Layout" tab and then click on the button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the "Page Setup" section. Select whether you want a "Portrait" or "Landscape" layout and then click "OK." The portrait layout creates vertical cards, whereas the landscape layout creates horizontal ones.

Type all pertinent information on the invitation, such as who is to be wed, the date of the wedding, the time of the wedding and where it is to be held. Use a scripted font to portray the romantic wedding mood.

Insert a silver flowing border around the invitation. Silver and white are both Christmas colors, but they don't scream Christmas like red and green. Add another gold border to the invitation as well, if you wish.

Add clip art and graphics to the invitation. Silver bells symbolize marriage and the Christian Christmas season. Pictures of doves also set a Christian Christmas marriage theme.

Print the invitation on velum or textured paper.
Tips &- Warnings
Lightly spray the wedding invitations with spray glue and sprinkle sliver glitter on them to add to the Christmas Christian wedding theme.
