How to use mandel egyptian oil

use mandel egyptian oil

It's interesting:
"At the wedding rehearsal yesterday evening, I had the pleasure of talking with Linda’s close friends. They talked about how she’s the friend they turn to when they need to vent over a foolish boyfriend or for advice on land the job of their dreams. They also said she has some pretty sweet moves on the dance floor. So let’s see them!"

Using Egyptian mandel oil is as timeless as the classic figures who favored the ancient musk. A body perfume made of sweet, natural aromas, devotees of the oil include the likes of Cleopatra, Helen of Troy, Elizabeth Taylor and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. Before using the oil you must first make it. Making the oil is a straightforward process, although it requires a bit of time for the ingredient to mix just right. Once the oil is ready, dab it on your body and enjoy a centuries-old fragrance.

Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • Clean mesh rag
  • Mason jar with lid
  • 1/2 cup dried patchouli leaves
  • 1/2 cup rose petals
  • 1 tbsp. vitamin E softgel
  • Measuring spoons
  • 1 cup of olive or sweet almond oil
  • Large bowl, filled with very hot fresh water
  • Cheesecloth
  • Funnel
  • Perfume bottle with lid
  • Scissors
  • Wrapping paper
  • Tape

Instructions

    • 1

Rinse and wash the Mason jar and lid. Dry the jar and lid with a lint-free mesh cloth.

    • 2

Add the rose petals and patchouli leaves into the Mason jar until only one inch of space remains at the top. Measure and pour the vitamin E softgel into the jar. Purchase vitamin E softgel at your local health store.

    • 3

Add the olive or almond oil to the Mason jar. Secure the lid. Shake the jar with vigor to thoroughly mix the contents.

    • 4

Fill a large bowl with extremely hot water. Sit the Mason jar into the water. The water helps expedite the merging of ingredients and aromas. Remove the jar once the water has cooled. Shake the jar vigorously once again.

    • 5

Keep the jar in a warm room or area for 30 days. Shake the Mason jar three times per day over the 30 day period --- in the morning, at noon and at night.

    • 6

Place a plastic funnel into a perfume bottle. Drape a cheesecloth around the inner area of the funnel. Open the Mason jar. Slowly pour the contents into the funnel. The cheesecloth will catch the petals and leaves, and allows the oil to seep through into the bottle. Squeeze the cloth to get any remaining oil into the funnel. Remove the funnel and screw the perfume lid onto the bottle.

    • 7

Dab the oil onto your body on the neck and wrists to give your skin a mild floral fragrance.

    • 8

Repeat Steps 1 through 6 to make gift bottles of oil. Give the oil as presents for birthdays, anniversaries and as engagement or wedding gifts.
