wear jewel toned makeup
It's interesting:"Linda is an extraordinary woman. Resilient and fun-loving. If anyone had told me Paul would find a woman who loves gourmet cooking, travelling to exotic places and debating the merits of the Arsenal back four as much as him, I wouldn't have believed them. Yet here she is. You two are going to have quite a life together. "

Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Moisturizer
- Makeup primer
- Matte foundation
- Shimmery eyeshadow base with fine flecks of gold and silver
- Matte jewel-colored midtone eyeshadow
- Matte jewel-colored contour eyeshadow
- Eyeshadow blending brush
- Matte powder blush
- Fluffy blush brush
- Lip gloss or lip stain that matches blush color
Instructions
1
Begin with a clean face. Prep with a moisturizer massaged into skin to get the blood flowing to the surface for a healthy, natural glow. Apply makeup primer all over face to absorb any excess oils. Next, apply your everyday shade of foundation in a matte formulation.
2
Select a base, a midtone, and a contour color for eyeshadow. These are your lightest to darkest shades respectively. Use colors that appear to belong on a precious stone. You may try either one color in varying intensities for a monochromatic eye or three colors that complement each other. Choose a shimmery formula with fine flecks of gold or silver for your base, making sure that the two other shadows are of a matte texture. This guarantees no competition among the colors, with the lightest color fully grabbing the light and sparkling as a jewel would.
3
Press base color on from lash line to crease as well as underneath the arch of the brow to polish browbones. The midtone goes directly on your crease to create subtle definition there, while the contour color is used at the outer corner of your top eyelids in a sideways V to give the illusion of uplifted eyes. Blend any hard edges away with an eyeshadow blending brush.
4
Choose a color for your cheeks. Pick a fresh pop of blush color that you could easily imagine on a precious or semi-precious stone. The milky pink of a rose quartz is a great example. Use a fluffy blush brush to deposit color on the apples of the cheeks.
5
Pick a lip gloss or lip stain that matches your blush or at least belongs in the same color family. Apply to the lips. You want to be certain to fill in your lips completely, including the corners of your mouth and cupid's bow. Let the noticeable color speak for itself.
Tips &- Warnings
Choose makeup shades based on what works with your skin tone. Darker complexions can very easily pull off the deeper richer jewel tones in the spectrum, but lighter-complections are more ideally suited to light or medium shades. Use your discretion.
You can pick either a lighter set of shades for eyes and deepen your cheek and lip color, or have richer tones on your eyes with softer cheeks and lips. The key to wearability for everyday is balance. By all means, get as dramatic as you wish for fantasy or runway makeup, where the rules for symmetry all but vanish.
Ensure that eyes have a polished, finished look by grooming eyebrows and filling them in, as well as by using an eyeliner and mascara.
