Family vacation resorts in washington state

Family vacation resorts in washington state

It's interesting:
"What about the bride then, ladies and gentlemen? How wonderful she looks today. And Paul has scrubbed up quite nicely too – it’s amazing what a flannel and a bar of soap can do. But it’s a bit rude of him to have copied my outfit eh!"

Families traveling in Washington will find many resort destinations open to loud voices and boisterous behavior. Outdoor enthusiasts can bring the kids along to an island in Puget Sound or travel to the eastern half of the state where warmer climates await. Biking, hiking, fishing, boating and swimming are a few of the activities available at family-friendly resorts across Washington.

  1. Great Wolf Lodge

    • For a family-friendly getaway during Washington's many rainy months, stay a night or two at the Great Wolf Lodge, located 78 miles south of Seattle in Centralia. Indoor water park passes are free for resort guests staying in one of several themed suites, such as the Wolf Den, with bunk beds, and the Majestic Bear, with a large wet bar area. The park has a sun deck with water sprays for younger children and a six-story Howlin' Tornado slide, among other attractions, for older kids. Great Wolf also features on-site dining options, shops and spa services for parents.
